Thinking can be so tiring.

Good Morning!

Yes,Yes, It IS a good morning…. I say this even after a night of not so good sleep..You see last night, and into the wee hours of the morning before dawn my head was in “awesome!! I have a million things to think about, mode”. Well that is all fine and good but I need sleep, still do, but had to get up and write and get this stuff out of my head and onto paper and up here on my blog.

I thought of everything from,  (not in any order…) boys… Gawd… I can’t help it, there are some out there that just wont get out of my head! I think that something is wrong with me,I normally do NOT think of men while I am trying to sleep…. I sleep, or I think of stuff like me dancing to my favorite band or a pile of money falling on me(while I am dancing to my favorite band!). I think of good books, I think of me hula hooping with my favorite people, my fairy/goddess friends… ya know stuff like that, but, boys, something must be wrong!! Wink

I thought of ways I could make money, jobs I could possibly try to get and ways to do what I love and make the money I need to live. I am very creative and have millions of ideas but am not the best at getting them started, you know… I love being a free spirit, I have to make X amount of money to live and I don’t need much else. I am fairly modest in the ways I live. I don’t go crazy spending on clothes or useless electronics. I do spend my money on good food, I am a  glorified FOODIE for sure! I love live music, so I gotta factor that cost into my lifestyle. And I love just going… going anywhere really, hiking, the ocean, book stores, music, theatre,etc.. so I was laying in bed thinking about all this kind of stuff… why at 3:30 a.m. do I need to know where I may, or may never even go next week or next month, with so and so….???????

I also was fantasizing about going to  a festival, it’s called Wakarusa, but I was also combining that one with another one that I go to called the “Gem and Jam”. The first one is in June in the ozarks(Arkansas)and the line up is incredible! And that is only the initial lineup…. now the Gem and Jam is next month in Tucson,AZ. and will be completely different from Wakarusa, but I was FANTASIZING about the 2 combining forces to make Melissa’s Magical, Most Perfect Festival Ever! I want these bands to play:  Widespread Panic(of course), Talking Heads, Bassnectar, Buckethead, The Goddess Alchemy Project, Beastie Boys, Big Sam’s Funky Nation,  Dubconscious, Primus(or even just Les Claypool), and Dottie Peoples (with Panic and solo)!! Also there would be speakers like Alex Grey, Deepak Chopra, Dan Millman,Sarah Hannah(of “Life Is Beautiful and So Are You” fame). Let’s see what else did I think of?  Oh yeah, work shops!  Hula Hooping by Hoopgirl(Christabel), and others like any or all of the “whirly Girlz”, Super Hooper, and Brandon from the Spinsterz. Even me, I would show people how to dance and hoop as if they are not even hooping at all! I would have poi workshops( led by but not limited to… Shireen Press, Instruments of The Now, Nick Woolsey, and I know there are a million others with amazing talent! I would have a raw food class, herbal classes, and sustainable living workshops. There would be stilters, acrobats, yoga, acro-yoga, trapeze, silks…… I think this would essentially be like putting Burningman, Disneyland (without all the corporate marketing crap) and Oregon Country Fair, together in one giant open field with hiking, swimming, fire pits and amazing food all around you!!! Not to mention a great little market place where you can find the most fabulous hand-made goods and crazy-fun art! Where do I sign up? Where does this take place?? where oh where?? Please Abundance Angels and Fairy’s help me to manifest this into reality! I would love this place, I mean…. wouldn’t you??

I can think of no one that I have in my life that wouldn’t come to play and do at least one thing at this amazing party! Oh and it would have to be affordable and easy (enough) to get to. Believe me, I have gone to shows and festivals that had no business allowing tons of traffic into and out of their location, but thousands of people showed up and were troopers about the awkwardness of getting into and out of the venue. I have seen it happen.

So people will come if it will change their lives for the better. Which is what I want to do,  I am Magic after all…

 Here to impact the world…..

~Love~ to all you Music lovers, Earthlings, Fairy’s, Lovlie’s, and Magic Maker’s out there, let’s make this thing happen what do you say?????
